Acknowledgement

A guiding light, from the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad,

असतो मा सद्गमय ।
तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय ।
मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय ।
शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥

asato mā sadgamaya,
tamaso mā jyotirgamaya,
mṛtyormā'mṛtaṁ gamaya,
oṁ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ

This divine verse is a prayer for guidance from ignorance to truth, from darkness to light, and from mortality to immortality.

This work is a humble offering born from my spiritual journey, guided by the wisdom and compassion of my revered Guru. My Guru's teachings and those of eminent enlightened masters have been a beacon of light, illuminating my path and nurturing my soul. I am eternally grateful for their unwavering support and guidance.

I also extend my heartfelt gratitude to my parents, whose blessings have been the foundation of my life. Their love and encouragement have been my strength, and their values have shaped my character. In adversity, my mother has been my rock, giving me the courage, confidence, and fortitude to build a life on Dharmic practice and roots.

Through this humble effort, it is my sincere desire to increase the sattva—the purity and harmony—of my fellow human beings seeking a better self. May this work inspire and uplift, fostering a deeper connection with the divine and a greater sense of peace and well-being.
